  • Utterly miserable receptionist upon arrival didn't make for a great start to my visit. Another staff member booked me a tour worth €85 only to give me the wrong time, so missed the tour. Offset by a good little bar with a great barman. Located near enough to town centre.

  • It is a cheap hostel so it was great value for the money. It was very big however and I didnt feel like there was great atmosphere there as in most hostels I've stayed in before. Secure place and location was allright. Could walk to everything.

  • Very clean and nice hostel between the train station and the city center. I really liked the bed for it's really sturdy and I hardly felt my other rommate changing side at night. THe locker was super cool for it was big enough to put my big bag in and the lock worked perfectly.

  • I like to way that they play 'The Sound of Music' every night, it's what Salzburg famous for! But there're some old women are bothersome, they COMPLAINED for EVERYTHING AND ALL THE TIME!!!! I mean its a YOUTH HOSTEL, if the OLD cakes can't stand it, then get out of the YOUTH HOSTEL AND rent a SINGLE room in a 6 STAR hotel! Oh but if they wanna stay in a cheap SHAREROOM then SHUT UP & ENJOY WHAT YOU PAID FOR! PERIOD! OVERALL, EXCEPT those old women and a WEIRD male staff, EVERYTHING SEEMS FINE

  • It is just so weird that there is no power point for each person in a dorm room. I had to bring all my stuff which needs to be charge to the lounge down stair. Some staff are just un-friendly when talking to us guests. It is quite far from the station

  • The dorm room was well designed and comfortable but the bathroom facilities let down this hostel. Two toilets for females for the whole floor, with males having to walk past the female toilet to get to theirs!

  • Quiet at night and clean, safe. I have used hostels for myself and my family ever since I first hitch-hiked around Europe in 1966. And I loved the fact that each night they show "The Sound of Music " at 7 pm. Hadn't seen it since early 90's. Was great and appreciated others (15) that watched it as well. One thing I would say is that there are a new breed of Asian tourists that are not clued in as to how to be quiet at night and if you leave early in the morning to be pre-packed. Unengaged!

  • The room was very clean. And I liked how it has big locker for each person. Each person will be assigned specific locker and it only can be opened with your card key so its very safe. Bath rooms were very clean too. I would stay here again if I visit Salzburg again.

  • I staied Yoho Hostel 14th June. When I arrived at my room, I wanted to change Bed number so I requested to receptionist to change the bed number. because other person's was not arrived yet. but Receptionist said " we're fully book now so I can't change it. it you don't like it go out" with smile face. I was very upset from receptionist. because I booked 6 dormitory but just 3 persons staied at night. it was not fully bok. she tell a lie, and after check-in, she changed her mind.
