They use IC chip cards for rooms and lockers, so the security is quite good. It\'s a bit far away from the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof(Main station), about 20 mins walk. The staff there were super nice and friendly. The bar in the hostel open to 1 a.m. was quite enough for finding funs and making friends. The rooms,toilets,and the showers were quite clean. Having laundry and Wi-Fi facility (2 euro/H) was a gift for backpackers!

Very nice hostel. It was about a 10 minute walk to the old town and to the train station. The rooms were clean and nice, and the bathrooms were slightly above average.

Great hostel in great location with very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again, beds were comfortable and not squeaky, lockers in room were big and nice. Lots of tours leave from the hostel, if I return I would like to take better advantage of them!

Overall not too bad.... I guess. The rooms were good in that they were clean and enough room. It\'s the little things though.... didn\'t get a map of Salzburg until the afternoon of the next day, couldn\'t get onto the Internet with most of their computers out of order and with no kitchen facilities and higher than average prices for food it was a little much to request no outside food to be eaten in the bar area. And the staff could certainly be a little friendlier. If you can stay somewhere else.
Very GOOD HOSTEL. The bar is a great place to meet other travelers, good cheap breakfast. Plus the staff was extremely helpful in whatever it is you may need. Great location and very clean and secure... Great stay!!!
