The worst place we have stayed in in Europe. The staff aren't helpful and are rude... The have single sex dorms which they staff make no effort to keep it that way. The female dorms males running up & down the hallways at all hours of the nights and the staff do nothing about it. The fact that u have to be out of the rooms from 10-2(they are all locked) & there is a sign that staff are not responsible for any items lost even though their staff have access to every room for 4 hrs.Its Shit. Toilets could be better and cleaned more often than once a day. They also got glocked often, so the poop and urine just stood there. Staff could be more helpful and eager to service. Security was very good and brakfast was ok. A lot of mosguitos there, but that can be a thing you can“t help, but got realy eaten there. Sisko, from Finland ~ 3rd Aug 2009

The hostel is about 5minute walk to the metro line QT8. Security is good with large lockers in the corridor and they provide a large padlock. The room was small though, with 6 people in. We had a mini balcony bit though which was good. Bathroom fascilities were ok, the toilets could have been cleaned better. The showers were ok, but not much room to put anything and bit difficult to get changed in privacy. Breakfast was included it was ok.Would go again Maha, from England ~ 25th Jun 2009

The hostel is in a quiet suburb away from the tourist centre. It is easily reached by metro but one may have difficulty finding the directions. I appreciated the friendly staff at the front desk. They are very helpful. The beds are clean and the lockers (with lock provided) is great. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms can be improved. Also, this place can be very noisy ... I was there when a big young student groups was visiting and my room-mates and I did not get a good night's sleep Helen, from Hong Kong ~ 15th May 2009

Bathrooms are dirty and aren't functionals. The personnel is rude and the central corridor is noisy. All the contrary of my hostel in Torino, two days before. Etienne, from France ~ 30th Dec 2008

It's far from the city center. You can't stay from 10 to 3 p.m. on the bedroom and if you stay there from that time, the cleaning service will laught at you. That information has got to be more clearly in the website. Eloy, from Spain ~ 1st Dec 2008
