“ This was good basic accommodation very well situated in the centre of town, the beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. However, despite following instructions to save on energy by only placing those towels one wished to have changed on the floor, all towels, both clean, unused and dirty were changed each day which made a nonsense of the notice. Also, our room overlooked a car park and the sound of voices, amplified by surrounding buildings, went on late into the night, deeply annoying. ”
