I was in the building across the street so it was a bit annoying to bring my luggage across everyday for the lock-out. The staff wasn't sure how to work the stove which was impossible. The key cards had to be reactivated every day. The security was good because of these things, but there were a lot of obstacles. Allison, from USA ~ 5th Oct 2009

Annoying lockout starting at 10am. Sheets and luggage are supposed to be stored in the luggage room lockers during the lockout too, so you have to re-make your bed every day. Ask for a free map. Jonathan, from Canada ~ 19th Aug 2009
