I had clothes stolen out my bag. The staff did nothing to help. hostel is over priced and they treat you like children. No drinking except on the one night a week that they specify and you have to buy a ticket from them for that night. Money chasers with no respect for their travellers

wow my floor had 2 showers for the guys and 1 the hot water was disconented told them on 1st day a week later still not fixed and still line up 4 the only shower:-( go to chillis instead

cutlery, pots and pans required a deposit, key deposit $30! laundry also very expensive, was like a prison

Hostel was ok but not very social. It would have been better had the hostel organised an event at least once a week.

A cross between a prison and university halls of residence. Bathrooms aren't very well kept. Good location for Oz Experience tour pick ups.

Good hostel. Friendly staff. Good central location, handy for bus to/from airport.
Good place centrally located. Good TV room with lots of movies. No lounge or soft seating, but a few different seating areas here and there.

our room smells digusting and the bathroom is messi. staff is very nice but hostel has got the atmosphere of a dungeon. having to rent kitchen equipment sucks but maybe it would look even worse if things were in the kitchen provided. pool is nice and enough computers with fast internet, though.

I was a bit disturbed at the smell of the rooms. We tried to air it out as best as possible, but the stink of feet was a bit overwhelming. But then again, you get that pretty much anywhere. All-in-all pretty good accomodation. I might try somewhere different next time.
