Youthhostel Basel in Cologne, Switzerland

Nice place. Recently refurbished. Couldn't really get on with the bare concrete walls. Breakfast really good. Unfortunately the issues with the Swiss Franc makes this place really expensive. Unfortunately there were a couple o members of staff who really I mean really lacked basic customer service skills to the point they were rude and arrogant thinking they could speak under their breath. :(. simon, from England ~ 29th Apr 2012
