The reception was extremely helpful and warm. I also liked the bedroom, which was spacious and comfortable. Also located in a convenient place and easy to travel around.
beau bâtiment moderne,très propre,sur les bords du lac,loin du centre ville mais très bien desservi par les bus Particulièrement apprécié, vu leurs coûts, la carte de transport fournie pour la durée du séjour.Dommage qu'à 2h du matin cris intempestifs et bruits de portes claquées ne soient stopés par personne.L'apprentissage du savoir-vivre-ensemble ne fait-il plus partie des valeurs de ce type d'hébergement. J'ai cependant apprécié ce séjour.

it was lucky for us to choose here to stay. weve make a mistake on the booking date, it was awful. but the staff solved the problem immediately and found a large room for us to stay.

Je sais que cela nécessite des installations, mais il serait vraiment génial que l'auberge dispose d'une cuisine avec des ustensiles (assiettes, couverts, bols, casseroles, poëles). Ceci permettrait aux hôtes de se faire de la cuisine, rapide et à toute heure. Autre rq : sur la confirm de réservation reçue par internet, il est indiqué que l'on doit arriver à 12h (peut-être j'ai mal compris l'anglais) alors que j'ai fait mon check-in à 14h30.

typical youth hostel. boring, in need of cleaning, and out of the way.
It's not far from Lausannce city as long as you can take a bus to downtown and we got 2 days bus ticket for free. The room was comfortable,breakfst is average. Although there were many rooms but it wasn't noisy ..moreover it's quite near the lake ( 10 minutes walk ).

a well organized youth hostel. clean and safe. breakfast is excellent. just a bit far from the train station.

it\'s very far away from city center and it\'s not convenient for backpacker to arrive at hostel by walk.
Good place with lots of services for the price: free bus ticket, breakfast, shampoo, hair dryer. No charges for hot water! Was very clean and comfortable.
