The tuc tuc drivers were great, it was the manager (owner?) of the place who lied about the prices of the tuc tucs, over charged us and was generally rude. Before you get into any of the tuc tucs, MAKE SURE you agree a fair price as well as find out any "extra costs". The location is a bit away from the action and you could find somewhere cheaper and much more cheerful. Not recommended, at all.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Always tried to satisfy the customer. Hostel restaurant had many food choices, both Khmer and Western, even for breakfast. The manager, Lucky, and all the hostel staff really made my stay a very pleasant one.

This is an oasis in the craziness of Siem Reap. No scams or product pushing, just really kind and friendly staff who are willing to do anything to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms are basic but clean, and you can't beat the price for the quality of service you recieve. It's the only place to stay for budget travellers. Oh and the beds are soft!

The staff are really friendly however they overcharge for a lot of things. They tell you that their tuk tuks are less expensive and safer, but it's not true. Other than that, its a great place.

This was one of the best guest houses i have ever stayed in. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The meals are good, rooms are excellent for the cheap price, and the staff organise everything for your convenience. I loved it here!
