I feel like I been robbed, first a charge to book and not allowing full payment by credit card. Then a charge for using my credit card. What gives, robbery is a thing of the future in Berlin I see, the legal way I suppose, but it sucks and I will not return to your facility though it is my second visit to your facility and my last!!!
