The hostel is nice, but I think the staff could be more friendly. It was my first time in Dusseldorf, so I expected that the staff could give me information about the city. But the guy just ask me to fill in a form, pay and he gave me the key and sheets. Sandra, from Brazil ~ 22nd Feb 2013
