Overall the experience at Benedict Hostel was great. Finding the entrance was a little tricky because it was in a small sketchy looking courtyard but inside the hostel was nice and inviting. We were surprised by the triple bunk beds but they were stable and comfortable. All the staff were really nice and helpful and the facilities were kept clean. Really nothing to complain besides the late night party people stumbling in but that's not the fault of the hostel. Tiffany, from Canada ~ 2nd Mar 2013

The people that work in this hostel are very nice.I was in many hostels in many countries and I can say thatthe most nice person working in hostel that I met ,is just in this hostel and is the receptionist Kasia,she helped me in many situations and she does more things than 1 normal receptionist should do.And she speaks perfect English and also she understood many my words in Italian languages...I was very surprised.....Television is incredible big,location is near to discoclubs and center pasquale, from Italy ~ 25th Oct 2012

It was on the second floor of a building, and the walk up smelled like something fowl. The place itself was not too bad, but it seemed a bit unclean. The bathrooms were a bit crowded, but the people were nice and it seemed pretty secure. 24 hour reception was great. It was right on the edge of the old town which was great. A enjoyed the stay in the hostel. The rooms are clean and decent, but in the large living room there are good soft sofas and lots of friendly people to drink with in the evening :) The stuff was very nice and friendly and they helped us in all the questions. The only minuses are that the hostel is some 20 minutes walk from Krakow Glowny and that men shower+toilets are split from women's with tiny wall, so it sometimes you feel confused to make noizy and dirty business there :) Andrey, from Russia ~ 28th Sep 2012
