Great value for money, friendly staff, comfy bed and clean rooms, plus free breakfast! you can walk to downtown, space needle, pike market and so on. Great place all together, highly recommend this place (-: Shane, from Ireland ~ 15th Apr 2012

The hotel was really good especially the location. Its Best Western. But the staffs need retraining because they,Front Desk Staffs, were really poor. Maybe it was because I was working in hotel for more than 4 years, so I know how to treat guests perfectly. But I didnt get it from them. However, I still can understand it just maybe the hotel is a small hotel, so the service is not as excellent as five stars one. Nevertheless, its worthy with the money. It is a Best Western Hotel, but is fine to stay at. Breakfast is good. Not far to walk to Space needle, bit further to downtown. Parking available for $10 (+tax) per day. Rates online are MUCH cheaper than the walk-in rate. Aimee, from Australia ~ 15th Jul 2011
