Terrible place!!!! BUGS BUGS BUGS! Rude manager! Toilets, bed are dirty. Guys, stay away from this place!

You cancelled the booking and demanded the refund for the last minute cancellation. When a refund was denied, it is no surprise you made up the story. If there was really a bed bug/s, and that was true, why would you refuse to accept an alternative choice, at no addition charge. It is transient accommodation, we never can be sure who brought the bugs; it may have been you. You are a Russian traveling all around the world, is that not possible you picked it up somewhere and brought to us. Be careful, check yourself before you go to next place, that you do not have any bugs on you.

For all intents and purposes, this is a functional and livable residence for a night or two. The staff (especially Aslam) were extremely helpful and friendly. You could tell that effort was put in to clean up the rooms, however, the furnitures and sheets themselves were cleary used and re-used and need to be replaced (especially considering that this residence, I felt, was not exactly cheap). All in all, not a bad place though not exactly in best shape.

Ali, thanks for kind remarks. We don't know exactly what makes you think furniture and sheets are below par. It is true all sheets are re-used after washing. Bed, mattresses were replaced 6 months ago with quality Serta mattresses, a well known brand for its quality. Of course, we are not the best place in town. For a hostel, we would stand one of highest standard. For a Hotel, people tell us, we are at least 2 stars. Our motto is to offer the best in its class, at very attractive prices for the same quality room. Your arrival was during the high demand period, and we did not think any further discounting was required. However, after 20th of September you will find our prices have dropped an average of 25%

Shower was really bad. Eighter cold as ice or hot like hell.

Yes, thats how the shower work. But put the handle in the middle to mix hot and cold to get the right temperatur
