Had some of my belongings stolen here but it wasn't really the hostel's fault. Staff was helpful but the room wasn't very warm. Their sister hostel Atacama was much better. Andre, from Canada ~ 15th Aug 2011

Very helpful and smiling staff, nice meetings as well ! We were offered a delicious cake for a friend's birthday ! Nice hostel, in a very pleasant part of Santiago, quite closed to the downtown... sebastien, from France ~ 4th Aug 2011
