It's not really a hostel, it's an apartment shared with 12 people. Small kitchen, one bathroom and one outdoor bathroom it gets a little cramped in there. Most of the time you'll be outside but it's nice to have more space. Bunk beds aren't the sturdiest or most comfortable it shakes if the person on top moves around. Security isnt the best because there are no lockers, and it's not like there's a receptionist at the front desk. It was an ok experience. Vivian, from Canada ~ 4th Nov 2011

This was a beautiful, safe hostel. It was great to actually be in one of the villages of Cinque Terre. The owner was very helpful, the rooms were clean, and we felt very safe. The only thing that could potentially be annoying would be the amount of stairs you have to climb to get to the hostel. But Cinque Terre is very hilly so that wasn't unusual. perfect apartment for friends who only need a place to sleep. very central, cheap, and nice staff. the floors were dirty, but beds and bathroom was clean. charming building. the staff entered the apartment during the day and opened the windows that we had closed for security, but nothing got stolen. Thankfully, I got the attic room although I asked for the big dorms. Attic is 5 people CRAMMED into a tiny room with 0 moving room. However, the shaded private balcony is big and the view is incredible. I would deffinitely go back if I could choose this room. The bottom dorms apparently housed 11 people in a small space, but at least it had a kitchen. I wouldn't want to stay down there. No view, and it seems stuffy. Livia, from Canada ~ 21st Aug 2011

We stayed in the 8 bed dorm, and it was excellent! Located right in the harbor, with a picturesque view from the balcony, right next to the beach, a short way to the train station, no climbing the stairs. The dorm is actually a small apartment where beds and mattresses are crammed (no bunk beds!), with a kitchen and a bathroom. 2 of us stayed here, really good for a trip to Cinque Terra. Ours was minutes from the water and in the middle of a cute town. Pretty expensize, the room wasn't great (didn't stay too much inside so it didn't really matter). Just your average hostel, town is pretty expensive so I don't think the price was awful.
