I don't recommend anybody stay in that hotel. The room was dirty when we arrived, it was too small for a couple, no space even to open the bags. The bathroom was dirty too, even the tiles. They didn´t clean even the following days we stayed there. The worse hotel I've ever been in my life! ALICIA, from Spain ~ 31st Aug 2011

The front desk staff was quite helpful.He even gave us a bottle of prosecco at check-in!The rooms were nice, but the shared bathroom left something to be desired.However, the location is great (only about a 10 minute walk from the train station), which is especially nice in a city like Venice.It was great to be able to drop off our bags quickly and then get out to explore. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and we were also given towels and toiletries. The only problem was that the floor in the room and the bathroom was dirty and the fan was very dusty, so that a dust-bunny was hanging off of it and dangling over the bed. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful and waited up for us until 1:30 in the morning on our arrival day.
