To a vistor, it can be your first choice. The location is marvelous, only takes minutes of walk to the sites. The staff is really useful and helpful, they can never feel bothered. WUYAHUANG, from China ~ 27th Mar 2013

Very modern building which first I couldn't notice it was Youth Hostel. Stuffs are very helpful. It's a shame that they don't have a kitchen for customers but they can warm your food up if you ask. In general, very comfortable hostel, I highly recommend. Michiyo, from Japan ~ 9th Feb 2013

The facility and staff were extremely bad.The room was so small that I couldn't have any space to open even my suitcase. Key was broken, so I couldn't lock the door of my room. The staff told me that morning was basically served with €7, but obviously it doesn't worth. WiFi didn't work. Staffs could not speak English so much. Identification for staying was not requested. I was lost way in front of this hostel, because building was so modern. from the Antwerp station you can get here 15-20min walk(check the map). free wi-fi. Breakfast was good. breads, fruits, kind of butters and jams, cereals. entire this hostel are very modern and new. staffs was very helpful. 4 female room, there was bathroom and toilet. big window(I just like it :-). that town was so nice. close to main shopping road. also designers shop road. This is the hostel international branch, its all luxury, big, lots facilities, nice beds and rooms, i hate the shower here u have to push the button every minute to use it, and way to many families, makes it like a hotel not a hostel, i only came here cause i needed sleep and rest since my other hostel was blasting music all night, but its a nice hostel with breakfast included. pavel, from Russia ~ 18th Jul 2012

Great location, really close to the city center. Not a cozy hostel, and not really a place to meet people (lounges are too big, no kitchen). But I was there when there was a power outage/fire alarm wouldn't stop going off at all hours of the night, but the staff handled all of that drama very well and were very accommodating.
