Nice place at pocitos near by the beach, but out of town, you have to take the bus 15 min. Nice staff, very helpfull. Breakfast was not much, but when we asked for bread, the next day we had some bread, that's great! Not very clean though. Elsbeth, from Netherlands ~ 7th Feb 2013

The staff was very friendly.The location is not particularly close to the center, though very close to the beach (Pocitos).Overall the facilities were good and looked clean upon arrival.That being said, when I awoke in the morning to use the bathroom, the toilet was clogged and the bathroom smelled like a sewer.I also am quite confident that this place has bed bugs (this was the first place I slept during a trip to South America and I woke up the following morning with mosquito-like marks on my CRISTINE, from USA ~ 23rd Aug 2012

Lovely hostel in a affluent, cosmopolitan, quiet suburb of Montevideo... Beaches, shops, cafes, bars nearby. For sight seeing or nights out, bus ride into town centre is less than a dollar (some hostels in city centre will not provide a quiet nights sleep!!) The hostel is well run and the staff go OUT THERE WAY to help... HIGHLY recommended Benjamin, from England ~ 3rd Sep 2011
