1. I wasnt notified that the room that I booked was on the 5th floor and that there was no lift. 2. The shower on the 5th floor was dirty..floor full of hair and water. No plugs in room no.20 on the 5th floor.

we asked 4 time if we could rent a padlock , but you never had one for us. We red that you rent padlocks. It was not really true...

This hostel is perfect in almost every respect. Great staff, cool vibe, free wifi, big kitchen(s), comfy beds, not expensive and a really nice area.

I really liked this hostel. It was kind of far from the city but the Tube was really close so it didn't matter too much. It's in a really pretty London neighborhood.

참 깨끗하고 샤워하기도 편하고 좋았어요. 유스호스텔에 은근 공포심이 있었는데, 좋은인상을 남겨준 아스톨 빅토리아. 한국어리뷰가 잘없어서 고민많았는데, 강추합니다.
