We loved this Hostel, we stayed in another place earlier in my trip to Montreal, which we really didn't like and we're so glad to have had a good Montreal hostel experience. Breakfast is a lovely addition. My only issue was that when I pulled my pack out of under the bed, where I decided to store it, it was a bit dusty and gross. Otherwise an almost perfect time.

Excellent location, steps from the Metro. The staff was helpful although one would never return my "good morning," even though I spoke it in French. Overall, a good hostel. I would stay there again.

Try not to stay in the front downstairs bedroom. It was sweltering hot and they did not have a fan available. None of us could sleep.

Not as good as advertised. They put us in the Annex, which is down the street. It is not very social, but quiet. There were minor shower and bathroom failures. The room was nice - semi-private, with kitchen facilities. Cost a little less than advertised. "Free parking" means park on the street where you can, indefinitely and for free.

This hostel was great! It was very close to the metro station which made getting around very easy... it was very clean and homey feeling! I would definitely stay there again!
