Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, nice old China atmosphere. BUT the rooms are very dirty, smelly, cold and damp. Same as sheets, beds and towels. Broken toilet and shower. when i arrived, the desk clerk couldn't find my reservation and wasn't able to deal with it. i had to wait for about one hour (i arrived after 2 days journey in night time and was very tired), because he wasn't able to express hisself. then he gave me a room with walls full of mould.. i could hardly breath. the staff was, if speaking english, quite unfriendly and unhelpful. First night at arrival more or less at 23h30 the room was messed-up. The person in charge in that moment was completely sleep and in addittion he didn't know what to do. We had to wait an hour to get into our room. In addition they had no idea where the key was, we where given the "In case of emergency" key. Another day when we booked a tour with the hostel, we where told to have breakfast at 7am and we had no waiter until 7h30. In addition we asked for a breakfast and they gave us another fo Asier, from Spain ~ 26th Aug 2012

The hostel is nice. We didn't spend a lot of time in hostel, just came to sleep there, so, I can't say anything about facilities. But we liked what we saw)) Everything is made in chaneese style, beautiful) Room was clean, stuff was friendly and helpful. One time we had a breakfast in the bar, it was tasty and not expenseve.
