-it is easy to access to the hostel thro' metro, but need time -it wasnt really a hostel mainly for short time stay, actually most ppl stay there for long-term -some of the long-term tenant were really annoying -the cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but not the toilet and the bathroom one of the bathroom hadnt be cleaned for 6 WHOLE DAYS! full of rubbish!! -you hv to share bathroom/toilet with many ppl -no guest kitchen, no wifiin room Chung Yan, from Hong Kong ~ 1st May 2013

I stayed in other parts of London too. Hampstead wasn't really fun. Plus almost everyone in the Hostel was Spanish, and they were happy sticking around in their own circles. It was a bit boring. Facility/Food/Cleanliness wise it was good value for money. Nitin, from India ~ 1st Feb 2013

The room was decent and well-kept, but it wasn't really a true Hostel. It was more of a short-term housing place, and there really was little interaction with other tenants. With two meals a day included for just 15 pounds a night, it was excellent value and it was in a nice area, not too far from the tube station. Downsides were that our shower wasn't working, when I arrived in the evening my bed wasn't made up and I had to wait several hours for someone to come and make it, and there was nowhere to lock up your stuff. We really enjoyed our stay here! Breakfast wasn't great but better than nothing, we ended up buying our own muesli, tea and coffee and used the milk and hot water from the breakfast :) Dinner was better than expected and a big bonus compared to other hostels! The area is nice and peaceful and other residents didn't cause any disturbance either. The bedsheets were clean but other than that the cleanliness could have been better.
