Not a terrible place to stay by any means. A little difficult to find because there was only a small sign but the instructions were clear. The area gets a little sketchy after dark but we had no issues. Bathrooms and beds were clean and everything was adequate. No wifi was my only real complaint, but they had a computer you could use.
