They shipped me to a hostel across the street for my first night because there was something wrong with my room, and that place was absolutely terrible, but i was still charged the same rate as Bodega. Other than that, the people are really friendly and really helped me out. There is free internet which is also nice.

Avoid Room 215. The faucet in the bathroom leaked all night. The inconveniences outweighed the low cost advantage.

The rooms that we stayed in were quite large and could easily accommodate four people. The staff were friendly and the service was first-grade. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

After travelling for 10 months I can say that this is one of the nicest places I've been to so far. Centrally located in the Old Quater, staff was more than friendly and were helpful with every request. Rooms are quite spacious with aircon, TV and small fridge but mine had its window to the corridor. However, most people will spend their time outside (like I did), so it was no real problem. Breakfast and train station-/airport-pickup is included in the price and you're offered free water wheneve

Located at the righ place to access the historical vestiges and the room I stayed was a little bit small and its window opens toward corridor but in recovery, the staffs are very friendly, helpful. Definitely I will stay here again in the next year.

Bei meinen Reisen durch bisher 65 Staaten auf 5 Kontinenten kann ich mich nicht erinnern, bisher jemals ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis gehabt zu haben. Auch hatte ich nicht nicht so eine gute Zuverlaessigkeit der Mitarbeiter erwartet, die sogar auch meine deutschen Spaesse verstanden haben. Der Slogan ueber dem Eingang "Your Family In Vietnam" ist voellig berechtigt. Das Hotel ist nach meiner sonst sehr kritischen Einschaetzung absolut zu empfehlen. Excellent!

There was no electricity when I arrived so couldn't check in. I was told I would have to wait for 45 mins, but instead was left for 2 hours. When I finally got into my room, it there was no window and very disappointing. Despite that, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, our room had a strong smell of mould and no window, making it very dark. You can probably do better for budget accommodation. The location is good, though as they are right in the Old Quarter.
