After looking online for a hostel in jnb near the airport I discovered the Brown Sugar backpackers. I had great expectations based on the reviews from other guests but I must state that I was very disappointed with everything at the facility. The manager Heinz was very cold and I describe the facility as Chinzy(cheap) They had no soap,towels or napkins in the kitchen. When I asked to make a local call from the front desk I was charged for the call. There was no TV, they charged for internet and
