Butterfly Villa Hostel in Arequipa, Romania

The facilities at the butterfly were fine, the beds were ok and bathros were clean, but the staff were not very friendly. There isn't suppose to be a lockout but they get angry if you arrive really late or early in the morning and one night they made us wait 30min before opening the door.

Hi, first of all thanks for your stay. I really apologize for this behaviour, and you can be sure, this "problem" is solved now....we only have friendly and patient staff now - as we always used to have! ;-)

Hostel pequeño, muy bien situado, tranquilo y con muy buen ambiente. El desayuno es completo y tiene varias salas donde ver la TV y leer. Hostel muy recomendable. Las Habitaciones estan limpias y los aseos también. Relación calidad/precio excelente Javier, from Spain ~ 8th May 2012
