This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in! Spotless, warm and welcoming with a STUNNING view of the Cairngorms. It's right by Loch Morlich, my favourite place in the Highlands and there are numerous walks from the hostel. Very nice people at the reception. I used the self- catering facilities during my stay but I hear the cook is brilliant so next time I'll definitely try his food. I honestly can't wait to be back! Wonderful place because of the location, great place to spend weekend of if u re traveling across Scotland. Wonderful terrace with a mountain's view, great walking. Parking available, clean room. In the mid of June I was alone in the dormitory. Tatiana, from Russia ~ 20th Jun 2012

First time in this hostel for a two night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The chef went out of his way to amend the menu for the vegetarian palate and this is much appreciated. After 106 miles on my bike the shower,the supper and the comfortable bunk were much appreciated. I look forward to the next time I can use this lovely hostel. ROBERT, from Scotland ~ 3rd Jun 2012
