Great location close to Tahrir sq. and on the top floor meaning great view (especially from the terrace) and good security. The staff was super friendly and helped us arrange great tours with an excellent guide. The room was clean but the AC system VERY loud The toilets were a bit dirty and not well functioning and the water was shut off for a few hours one day. Breakfast is incl. but not a great gastronomical experience. All in all an alright place but greatest asset is location and staff Lena, from Denmark ~ 7th Aug 2011
