Nice place to stay for a couple of days. But not more! Bathrooms and especially showers are terrible!

Fantastic location right in the centre of Barcelona. Yes there is free internet but good luck getting onto a computer. The hostel is massive so there is loads of people trying to get on. The hostel is run very professionally and security is excellent. There is a bar but they do not serve food which would have been good, although the breakfast is very good.

check in process was a bit slow, over 5 minutes to check people in, line was out the door...if that could be sped up, it would be nice...otherwise good stay

Excellent location, good services and clean environment but why don't you include sheets, locks... in the global price, it would be nicer.

I paid only 15 euros, but they make you pay 1 euro more per night when you pay with a credit card, and they only give you one sheet (the one that goes on the matress) and make you pay for a second one. How cheap ! Perhaps, the best breakfast I've seen in a hostel.

They are helpful, but come across a bit rude. For example when I arrived some guy was sleeping in my bed, I complained to the staff member, and he just simple replied "it's not possible, this is your bed, no one is there" instead of reacting on my complaint, and that wasn't the only confrontation with staff... an

Really massive hostel, too big for me personally. but otherwise pretty good hostel. Decent breakfast, free internet & wireless in all the rooms. You have to pay extra for sheets & pillow case - 2 euros each.
