The location is great but the enuite we have rented was out of the question. An edge of a room with a tiny bathroom for 100 GBP per night. We don\'t think that this is the roon price.

it was by FAR the worst dump i have ever seen. mildew in the shower and the room, dirty linen and a stench that could drive out rats. a place to remember... if you like nightmares.

Very bad experience: room with bathroom was very small, almost no hot water, very dirty, noisy and probably dangerous (electricity boxes failed safety tests (stickers). We got a refund though for the last, not spend night, there. From same owner: Rosedene hotel, Eaton House, Ebury house (we stayed there), and Collin House.
