Simply incredible. Considering the hotel prices in Florence we weren't expecting anything exceptionnal. We were so wrong! The room was huge,beautifully decorated, the bed confortable, a stunning view on one of Florence's main church, the kitchen had everything we needed and the supermarkets were close by. It is a hostel, not a hotel, so don't forget to bring your towels. The area can be noisy at night, but with earplugs, it is definitely the best deal. Alexis, from France ~ 9th May 2012

What a great hostel - awesome staff. I felt completely at home there after one day. Only drawbacks: 1) they lock you out for cleaning from 11 - 2 and 2) it is kinda far from the city center. I really consider both of these positives in the end: you are forced to get out kind of early and enjoy your day, and it is nice to be a little bit away from the middle of everything. Loved it! When we arrive to the hostel, a boy explain us, in a very low voice, about the city, it was difficult to understand him because the music was extremely loud...also he told us to pay one extra euro per night per person (i could find it anywhere in hostels.com...).Also the explanation wasn't really good..the next day we had to ask again a few things, afortunatelly the girl's explanation was perfect!:)Cleanliness at the shared bathroom is quite poor..no recomend it..to expensive for what you get.. We booked for Emerald palace , but 1 week before going there we´ve got emaild that there was a location change. We have to go to Emerald fields, witch is closer to the Florence S.M.N train station. Nice staff , clean room. Free breakfast in the morning. Wendy, from Netherlands ~ 6th Sep 2011

nice place. about 15 mins from the train station walking . the lady was very nice to me and marked out on a map where i should eat, shop, museums i should visit, buses i could take, where the buffets and trattoria were,etc..very nice lady.
