Good location and especially a good price. The facilities were okay as well as the beds. You get an own locker in the room which is included in the price. Mona, from Germany ~ 7th Apr 2012

I had a very good time in the Emma Hostel, being in a 4-bed-room. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only the timing of the cleaning of the bathrooms and the check-out-time was not so well planed, when the most people wanna leave, the bigger bathrooms where cleaned and so not to use. And the small bathrooms were to less for all the people who have to use them before 10:30. My fazit: It would be more hostitable if the cleaning is after 10:30, but in all I will recommend the Emma Hostel. Heike, from Germany ~ 29th Feb 2012

Most helpful staff girl ever !!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name, but she is the blonde one who likes to play beach volleyball haha, helped us out on a lot of stuff and was very patient. Location was good, near metro station. Bathrooms were clean when I got there but other guests made it dirty! Staff was helpfull specially a woman (not exactly the blond girl). No wifi at rooms!! that would be my worst complain. aimee, from Peru ~ 25th Oct 2011

It has to be said that the one of the staffs was wery helpful, but the rest of the staff allmost seems not to care about the visitors. If you as my wife has troubles with stairs DONT go there because the stairs will drain you. Mogens, from Denmark ~ 20th Oct 2011

The shower room is not save and no lock. I want to take a shower , but when I just enter the female shower room , I saw a man come out but wearing nothing !! I was so scaring and complainted to the staff , but the staff just said he can do nothing... KAI, from Portugal ~ 24th Oct 2011

Some bathroom doors didnt close completely, and the locks of the showers were broken. Really nice staff, very helpfull. Reception is open 24 hours a day. Good walking distance to everything in the center of prague! Emma, from Sweden ~ 12th Aug 2011
