I love Sue so so much! shes the best receptionist Ive ever met my entire 30yrs of existence,the owner is very nice as well,very down to earth and approachable..what are you do really reflect in your personality and environment,the owner and the staff are excellent that's why the place also is excellent!!! i'll surely recommend this place..thank you for making our stay in singapore convenient. divine, from Philippines ~ 12th Apr 2012

Needs to improve laundry area so people can hang thier clothes in proper. Lack of forks. Sofa is torn. Computer has to ba fix. Theres a room where you cant feel the aircon...hot room. Theres a bathroom that needs to fix the door..it doesnt lock. Jillbeth, from Philippines ~ 24th Feb 2012

Place is very good for people who wants to save money/facility and it is near the putong pasir mrt. Only issue is that there is no bus passing in there location anymore from the airport, you need to use the taxi service from the airport to the place.
