fabric is hard to get to, its not in naples its in a nearby town, so getting there you can take the metro/train, don't let the cab drivers rip you off. They advertise that they have their own "nightclub", but we stayed there on a Saturday, and didn't here a peep coming from anywhere! It was kind of sad. Also, the area it's in is outside of Naple, which we knew, but seriously, there's NOTHING around where they are! The restaurants and shops where always closed, and you have to take a train if you actually want to do anything. The hostel is located in the backyard of what looks like the center of a pedestrian precinct in the center of Portici (suburb of Naples). Reception is open until at least 2 am and they give you a door code for the rest of the night. The rooms are kind of closed for cleaning between 10.30 am and 2 pm, but they actually managed to surprise us by leaving our room unswept but disconnecting our electric ice box. I've stayed here 2x and loved it! Overall its just a great place to stay. Great lockers, great common room, very clean, staff is helpful. The only thing I would mention (not negatively) is that the hostel is not in downtown Naples. Its in a suburb easily accessible by the metro/train. If you've been to Naples you probably know why I think this is a positive, downtown Naples can be very shady. The other positive to the location is its right between Naples and Pompeii, great for visiting both. I o William, from USA ~ 5th Aug 2011
