This is more like a 1-star hotel. Other hostels in Xi'an have much better locations (this is 1-hour walk from the Bell Tower which isn't recommended in Xi'an's smog!). When taking taxis none of the drivers knew where the road was (we had to direct them!). Also, the showers smell like rotten eggs, staff didn't know what the tour they booked for us entailed and we were charged 50Yuan to use a room for 1 hour on our last day, which didn't even have a shower head. Apart from that I would recommend
