Goldsmith's House in Londynan, Anglie

I felt constantly belittled by the staff from the moment I moved in. Eg, I asked for a lightbulb, as the one in my room had burned out, I was given an exasperated response,as if I was causing problems. The staff clearly did not know what to do. After 3 days of asking(and being in the dark!),I was finally given a new bulb, but I was yelled at by the desk worker who brought it to me! I definitely felt unwelcome throughout my stay and felt uncomfortable even leaving my room to avoid the staff. Miki, from USA ~ 18th Aug 2012
