Grampians Eco YHA in Tampa, Australia

Take my grades with a grain of salt as I only made it into the lobby and common areas. Staff emailed me about an hour after I reserved to let me know they rebooked me to a different hostel. In fairness, I did appreciate that they took the effort to rebook me but I was less impressed when they bragged about how nice their facilities were in comparison, when I stopped by to pickup my deposit refund, since they had can can cancelled my reservation to make way room for a larger group.

Again Ryan, our sincere apologies for the double booking. We have since changed our Hostelworld profile to dis-allow bookings within 24 hours notice to avoid this happening again. Sorry our explanation about the price differential between us and the other hostels was taken as bragging - no offense was intended. We would love to have the opportunity to have you stay with us another time.
