the bedroom sink was very slow to drain. Could use hand sinks in the two first floor bathrooms. Terrific location. But very noisy parking lot next door. Rebecca, from USA ~ 19th May 2012

I had a very enjoyable time at GCIH. The atmosphere was very relaxed, just like the town of Flagstaff. If you come with a car, definately hook up with some fellow hostelers for day trips. This was a great place to meet people from all over the planet. Linda, from USA ~ 30th Apr 2012

Great staff, great price and location! The building is old but very clean! Pretty breakfast, close to the station. One problem is the noisy night(some bars around there) so you have to bring your ear plugs!! absolutely recommend this hostel when you go to Grand Canyon and I wanna stay again.
