This is a very large, comfortable hotel the staff were welcoming giving us juice & fruit on arrival, but the bar staff were much less service oriented. william, from USA ~ 24th May 2012

I stayed in the hotel in the middle of April, tempreture was 40C. My room has AC and fan, but not working fine. I was boiling hot, hard to sleep. I need to have the window open but too noisy. I stayed there 4 nights, I never see the swimming pool been cleaned, I did not even use the pool. My room door have a big gap, noise and smoke came inside. I did not sleep much for that few days. NothIng bad but nothing amazing. The staff were friendly but not as friendly as other places we have visited. Room was fine, no problems, good wifi and Internet. 30min walk to Japanese bridge. Hostel booked the bus tickets for us and apart from some minor miscommunication it was fine Dan, from England ~ 15th Nov 2011

Our room was lovely looking over the pool, and everything was clean, comfortable and working. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. The only criticism of the staff would be the tailor they recommended (Asian Taylor) - we weren't so happy with the clothes they made. The location is quite good, between the old town and the beach, about a 20 minute ride to the beach on bicycles. The bicycles the hotel hires out are quite old, would get from somewhere else.
