Good: Very helpful staff and good sitting areas. To be improved: I suggest to label storage areas by bed numbers like other HI hostels. Some people in Banff stayed too long and occupied more than 1 wooden lockers with smelly clothes (which make it disgusting to use even you request them to remove their items) Read Owner Comments YAN KIT, from Hong Kong ~ 10th May 2012

it was a perfect hostel !I really felt comfortable.of course quite far from downtown.but beautiful spots and nice a view. after arriving they gave me free bus pass. actually,I dont understand english. but staffs were very kind . thank you so much. RYOKO, from Japan ~ 20th Apr 2012

Beautiful atmosphere set further up the hill, so if you want the "in town" feel, you might want to book elsewhere. Hostel was quiet and very relaxing and the staff were always asking how things were going or how your day had been. Thank you! Jaimie, from Canada ~ 2nd Jan 2012

Thanks for the Roam bus ticket as out of main town but a good hostel who give you a free bus ticket for stay. However I was aware prior to visit. The hostel is clean and has a good storage system in kitchen for food. Cafe handy if you choose to eat, great pancakes at breakfast. Celine, from Australia ~ 19th Sep 2011

This hostel exceeded my expectations.The staff was very helpful and when they discovered on the last day that they had overcharged me by $11 they notified me and refunded me right away.The complementary pancake breakfast was also very good as was the other items on the breakfast menu.
