HI-Inka Pacha in San Francisco, Bolivia

The hostel was fine but the lady who owns it is very grumpy you have to pay 16 to use the kitchen but if you don't have her supervising you she will get cross about which pots and pans you use. She was very unwelcoming and got cross when you had to put water down the toilet to flush it which is normal. She got mad because we didn't buy cole from her too! Stay in the hotel opposite! First of all, make sure that you realize that this hostal is NOT on Copacabana, I made that mistake and ended up having to change my reservation.For some reason, they said we couldnt flush the toilets at this hostel, so we had to use a bucket to flush.Which was strange because other places had functioning toileets.The woman at reception was super nice, but if you want to stay on Isla del Sol just book a hotel once you're there.I dont recommend this place. Would be nice if some of the staff spoke English, or if there would be at least some (printed if not spoken) info available in English. But this applies to the whole island I guess...
