DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! this is by far the worst place i have ever set foot in! even before you get there the service reaches an all time low in my not too short travel history. the directions are plain useless and it took us over an hour and the help of some friendly locals to find the place. nobody there speaks english! the staff is in english and chinese unwilling to help and the management uses the few english words they know to insult you! ps: the "three bed room" has only two be Martin, from Germany ~ 30th Mar 2012

Good central place near LuoHu. Cheap and convenient. Indeed, no English staff. But it is definitely value for your money. I am recommending it. Ps: take exit E at GuoMao station, go straight, first street left, 2 min walk. Shou Xin, from Netherlands ~ 28th Jan 2012

The Hostel was very hard to find, it took us over an hour to find it, but only with help of native speakers. Calling the hostel didn't help at all because the staff speaks English very badly and couldn't explain us the way to the hostel. It would help a lot(!) if the name of the hostel was given in Chinese characters. Like this you could show them to the local people who only speak Chinese and they could show you the way.
