What better way to spend a few days for my first trip in Japan than in this traditional ryokan experience.I loved the Japanese-style shower and bath and was missing that warm, relaxing bath when I moved to a different location.The staff was so hospitable and helpful.The breakfast was delicious and the tea room and robes provided made for a wonderful way to spend some relaxing time in the room.Thank you for everything and I hope to return again soon! The hostel is close to Tokyo University so that we enjoyed lunch in the cafeteria in the campus which is not expensive. The closest station is on the line of SOUTH_NORTH which does not go to the heart area and we had to transfer but overall it's convenient cause the metro in TOKYO is well developed> Read Owner Comments wei, from China ~ 11th Apr 2012

The location is good.There are lots of restaurants and stores.It is right across tokyo university.It is abou a 10 min walk from hone sanchome subway. Its the subway you will need to catch if you wanna use your jr pass.you can also use it to catch other subways to explore around tokyo.The staff are friendly and speak some english.They try to help and give directions for us. this hostel is great because you sleep on tatami mats and futons.The shower system is unique, and the hotel is clean Brandi, from USA ~ 17th Dec 2011

Absolute great place to stay in Tokyo! The rooms are so clean, beautiful gardens, awesome shower/bathing facilties, great Japanese Inn experience. Location is fantastic, in a great local neighborhood with loads of nice little shops and restaurants, quick access to 4 different metro lines, I would recommend this place to anyone, it was one of my highlights of my Japan trip!!!
