The person who received us was very unpolite, and pretty rude, in the specification of the room they said that you can have free wifi, but THE ROOM DOESN'T HAVE INTERNET! if you want to connect it, you must to go to the 7th floor (the rooms are located in the 15th floor) and stand up outside the reception desk (the staff don't open the door). Something that is worth to clarify is that the rooms are a little bigger and more clean compare to the hostels in tsim sha tsui area. Adriana, from Colombia ~ 14th Mar 2012

The staff was unfriendly but not rude. The restroom was very very small and I almost put my head into the toilet when I wash my hair. Because of the capacity, I think it's hard to do shower. Close to subway, but hard to find in the building. Didn't seem too secure. Had a computer that could use for free to check email. Staff were absorbed in their own entertainment and not that attentive. Once asked they were helpful however. Andrew, from USA ~ 1st Jun 2011
