This hostel is located close to the north part of La Rambla (5-10 minute walk). But location is clearly its best attribute. The rooms are average. Our room was clean and secure. But the walls are extremely thin, permitting an occupant to clearly hear neighbors and hallway noise. The general room was newly rennovated, but unused. This hostel format does not promote interraction between guests.

Hostal Centric really made our stay in Barcelona, Comfortable distance to things and with great service-minded staff...We felt taken care off. We stayed in private rooms, they were clean and the only downside is noises from others and our room trough the walls....Thanks!

Staff was nice and helpful and most of them spoke English which is really helpful if you're a non-spanish speaker.
Room and bathroom nice and clean but I recommend earplugs if you have a room towards the street.
Found a nice little spanish bar for breakfast not far from the hostel that was dirt cheap and very nice.

Excelente localização, limpíssimo, super novo, moderno, parecia hotel 4 estrelas no Brasil, e por um preço muito bom. Foi o melhor dos 10 albergues que ficamos nessa temporada. Amamos e com certeza se voltarmos a Barcelona, ficaremos nele!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hostal Centric. We had free wi-fi, air conditioning, and the hostel was the cleanest we've stayed at yet! I would definitely recommend this hostel to other backpackers. It was about a 5 minute walk to the metro and about a 10-15 minute walk to Las Ramblas. Definitely easily accessible from all the touristy spots. I would for sure stay here again my next time in Barcelona!

We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was good, the staff very helpful. Only negative was that the room we stayed in was a bit cramped and that the floor was very dirty. The shared bathroom however was very clean. Would stay there again.
