Hostal Nomba in Granada, Panama

I don't recommend this hostel. We had a lot of problems with the staff. They did not want to refund our money although we had ants in the first room, worms in the second room (they were in the bed, the cushions, and eventually in all our cloths and luggage), and ants and worms in the third room. They became very unfriendly at the end and finally we had to accept a very foul compromise to get at least a little of our money back.

Oddly enough, this guest didn't consider that they were the ones attracting ants with food that they had been carrying with them. They were reminded by our staff to use common sense, but guess what, they chose to continue with the ant problem. Come on folks, tropics+ food=ants. They deserved none of the money we gave them back but customers service USUALLY goes a long way.

Great place to stay! The staff were all very friendly, perfect location very close to the bus stop and everything else you could need. Would stay there again if i went back! RENEE, from Australia ~ 24th Sep 2011
