A hostal é bem simples mas bem localizada, são só 5 minutos andando até a rua Caracoles que é a principal da cidade. Os donos, Matilde e Jose, são muito atenciosos e fornecem informacções sobre o que você precisar.Ao lado da hostal tem um mini mercado onde você pode comprar o que precisa para o café da manhã oou até mesmo para fazer uma comidinha na cozinha da hostal. The internet was hard to get on to (it seemed like it would only let one person on at a time), but it would always work eventually.The showers were hot, but there would be a burst of a cold water for about a minute sometimes in the middle of the shower.That said, the place was clean, the people were nice and the owners were very accommodating (they speak pretty much no English, if that's a concern for you). A very friendly place - the owners, José and Matilde, are really kind and ready to help. José came to pick us up, saving us a walk with all our luggage, and Matilde offered us a delicious cake with dulce de leche. After reading reviews about Tuyasto, I decided to book on it. The prices are very good considering the city's prices. I was traveling alone, and I'd difficulty to find no-collective rooms,but they offer single room. It's very near the end of Caracoles, with a beautiful view of volcano and sunset. Beds are comfortable,atmosphere is pleasant,room is warm. But best of all is Matilde(who has a wonderful laugh)and Jose,we receive very well,with great affection. With this, you won't leave there. A great hostel with really really friendly owners who help you with about everything you could possibly need help with. The rooms are nice and clean, bathrooms and kitchen as well.
