Other than loud roomies and locker keys that worked on every single locker, this was a good place to stay.Didn't take part in breakfast but the 9 Euro dinner was totally worth the money - all you can eat and the food was just as good as any restaurant - without being overcharged.Also the showers were amazing - hot and the water pressure was good too, which makes everything good.Only real downside was that the beds are not all that comfortable. Me encantó la estancia en el hotel. La verdad es que no pasamos mucho por la habitación pero siempre te atendían con una sonrisa. Perdimos las llaves de la habitación (que recuperamos posteriormente) y aún así la chica fue bastante amable con nosotros sin ni siquiera hacernos una mala cara. It is very far away from the city center or whatever you want to see in Florance. You have to walk about 18-22 min. to get the touristic area. Apart from that the room was clean. Well, they offer dinner and breakfast for an extra fee but we didn't try. The atmosphere of the room was pretty bad actually. We expected to see some cute rooms just because we were in Florance but it was just white painted walls... Anyway it was an ok hostel experience to me except its distance. This was one of the nicest and most relaxed hostels I've ever stayed at. Big rooms, great amenities, private bathrooms with the dorms, wifi in the room and just a really cool building. The only thing was that it was a bit far from the center but it provided a nice walk and was an easy busride away from the central station. Allison, from USA ~ 10th Oct 2012

This is just an old student residence. We was arriving in full summer (40°C outside) but there wasn't air conditioned. The room was painted in orange-red color and it made hotter. Then we was on the west side of the hostel. We couldn't sleep at night because of the heat. Mattress was terrible.
