this hostel was fantastic in terms of location but was severely let down by one of the female reception staff. On arrival before even handing over the keys and finishing payment she proceeded to grill us about a trip we had booked on-line before our arrival - with the sole intention of scaring us into cancelling this trip and booking with them. this was completely innappropriate and not very professional. we were appalled this lady was working in the tourism industry and felt she really let down
